About AMI
Because of the support we offer to our missionaries, the teaching of the Gospel is carried out in various foreign fields - France, Germany, Spain, Estonia, the Philippines, Uganda and Iraq; as well as home missions right here in New Brunswick and Quebec.
Churches, businesses, and individuals are able to send donations to AMI in support of missionaries who have been accepted by the fund as approved workers and receipt a charitable receipt. Our fund pays no salaries to employees, taking only enough administration funds to cover office expenses.
A further propose of our missionary outreach is to strive for establishing of self-supporting, self-governing, and self-propagating native or local churches. AMI will encourage local leadership to assume any work as soon as that is deemed possible and prudent. This endeavor includes financial assistance in the building or renting of church facilities to accommodate these religious services.
Our Mission & Purpose
-
Atlantic Missions Inc (AMI) is a fellowship of churches and pastors, organized for the purpose of promoting and supporting foreign and home missions.
-
The purpose of AMI is to spread the Gospel to un-evangelized areas and to strive for the development of autonomous, national churches.
-
To encourage and assist missionaries who are called of God, working in association with AMI.
-
To promote giving for specific projects that are endorsed by AMI, in order to help national churches and supported missionaries fulfill the vision that God has given them.
-
To direct and train those who feel the call of God in their lives towards missions, whether it be short term or long term commitment. This will include training of national believers to proclaim the Gospel to their own people in an expanding field approach.
-
To encourage the planting of new, self-governing home mission churches in the provinces and states of the Atlantic Coast.
